Certificate of Insurance Information

  • Rainprotection Insurance is an official AIMExpo partner and our preferred vendor for liability insurance
  • Motorcycle Industry Council, Shepard Exposition Services, and Orange County Convention Center must be named as additionally insured and must be in force during the lease dates of the event: February 28-March 6, 2027
  • Exhibitors may submit a certificate of insurance with your own provider or purchase event liability insurance through Rainprotection Insurance
  • Exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate
  • The submission deadline is January 5, 2027
