MOTOTV Networks, LLC and have entered into an agreement that will allow MOTOTV™ dealers to display their vehicle classified ads on MOTOTV™-powered screens
within their dealership.

With dealerships stocking hundreds of units, sometimes in multiple buildings, it is difficult for consumers to see
every unit the dealer has available when they walk thru the showroom. The new Inventory Showcase tool from
MOTOTV Networks will allow dealers to select from inventory they have listed on to include
in the video feed on their MOTOTV™ device. The new tool will be great for promoting “Closeout Inventory” or the
“Just In” units that in-store displays are featuring.

“We are always looking to give our customers new tools to help them drive sales and having the ability to easily
feature inventory from onto MOTOTV™ screens at the point-of-sale was a natural addition,”
