A key element of AIMExpo presented by Nationwide is the invaluable role the media plays in reporting on new products and creating excitement for the powersports industry as a whole. The event’s Media Hub, located directly on the show floor, was created as a highly convenient home for accredited media members to easily and effectively report on news from the show.
Exhibitors with new/unique products have the opportunity to directly address the media inside the Media Hub, sharing news in a concise and informative 5-7 minute presentation during AIMExpo’s trade days, September 21-22.
- Presenting in the Media Hub is a great way to showcase your products to multiple media members all at one time, with
many of the attending media providing content to multiple outlets - The bulk of the activity inside the Media Hub is Exhibitor New Product Presentations.
- Presenters have use of a stage that is outfitted with wi-fi, fully-enabled audio and video equipment, and projectors for new product unveilings.
- By communicating directly with the AIMExpo media relations team, your product may also be picked for additional pitching to industry and national media outlets.
Due to the finite number of available time slots and the best interests of the media, we’ll be selecting companies with products that are newsworthy, unique, fashionable, and ideally seen for the first time at AIMExpo. Please indicate those product attributes in the product’s description section. We generally have more applications than time slots, so simply filling out the application does not guarantee a presentation slot in the Media Hub, but filling out an application is important so we’re aware of your new products.

Deadline to submit an application is Friday, August 18. AIMExpo will be selecting presenters the week of August 21. All submissions will receive a notification by August 25.
