Garage Composites Returns to Lead Dealer Evolution Education at AIMExpo 2026

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 18, 2025 — AIMExpo’s Dealer Evolution Stage is set to deliver a new level of practical, hands-on education in 2026, thanks to the continued partnership with Garage Composites, renowned for their expertise in dealership consulting and training. The sessions will take place across all three show days, January 7-9 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

This year’s Dealer Evolution education features four can’t-miss sessions and an Interactive Roundtable, all presented by the Garage Composites team of industry experts: Yeah, Your Unit Count Is Fine, but What About Your Margin?

President Sam Dantzler will explore what separates top-performing dealerships from the national average. Dantzler will dig into the “delta” in operating profit, uncover essential behaviors and strategies, and highlight the single most important metric for driving profitability.

The pace of change in powersports has never been faster. In this session, CEO Tony Gonzalez tackles how to adapt and thrive in an era of evolving inventory, technology, and consumer expectations, arming dealers with insight for what’s next.

Keeping and Motivating Your Team
Performance starts with people. Manager of Training Jordon Schoolmeester shares proven approaches for inspiring, engaging, and retaining staff. Learn how to connect individual goals with your dealership’s vision and build a culture that keeps motivation high.

Profitability on Purpose
Sustainable profits don’t happen by accident. In this session, Director of Dealer Development Jolene Krizan details how to align every department – sales, service, F&I, and parts – around clear goals and benchmarks, giving you an action plan to make profitability a daily priority.
