Exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate.
- Motorcycle Industry Council and the Las Vegas Convention Center must be named as additionally insured and should be in force February 2-8, 2025.
- Exhibitors may use their current insurance provider, or purchase event liability insurance through Exhibitorinsurance.com.
