AIMExpo Unveils Action-Packed Dealer Excellence Track for 2026
IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 30, 2025 — AIMExpo is twisting the throttle wide open with a Dealer Excellence education track in partnership with MPN, designed to elevate every department in the dealership. From streamlining service to modernizing the sales funnel, these sessions deliver real-world strategies that dealers can act on the moment they get back home.
Sessions span operations, inventory, customer engagement, and digital innovation. When it comes to service and parts, “Fixed Ops: Advice for Beyond the Showroom” digs into parts department and service strategies that stabilize profits and build long-term success. In “More Inventory, More Problems: How to Manage the Influx of New Vehicles,” panelists will discuss how to clear aging units and free up cash without slashing margins. And in “Auto Dealers vs. Powersports Dealers: Technology and Inventory Management,” speakers explore tech-forward inventory practices that powersports can borrow from the automotive world.

Digital evolution is another major theme. With “E-Commerce: Capturing Customers Who Don’t Want to Come In,” dealers will learn how to meet buyers who prefer screens over showrooms, while “EV Customers Are Different: Are Your Salespeople Ready” preps sales teams to connect with a new kind of customer – one that values sustainability, simplicity, and seamless support.
Other sessions tackle retention, economic unpredictability, and what’s next. “Tariffs, Pricing and Margins, Growth Strategies for the Current Economy” covers strategies to protect profitability in an unpredictable economy, while “AI: The Future of Dealership Training; Taking Your Team to the Next Level” highlights automation tools that improve forecasting, follow-ups, and service scheduling.
“Markets, consumer behavior, and technology are always changing,” said Andre Albert, MIC Director of Marketing and Events. “These conversations are about helping every dealership department navigate a dynamic market and perform at its best. We’re giving attendees tools they can take home and put into action right away.”
Dealer Excellence sessions run throughout all three show days and are included with every registration. Paired with a packed show floor, high-impact networking, and major new product launches, this year’s education program reinforces AIMExpo’s role as the industry’s must-attend event for business and growth.
“This is where dealers come to sharpen their edge,” said Cinnamon Kernes, MIC Vice President of Market Expansion. “Whether they’re looking to level up service, rethink e-commerce, or navigate market shifts, they’ll find answers at AIMExpo.”
The industry will gather January 7–9 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, for three days of exhibits, education, and high-impact connections.
