AIMExpo presented by Nationwide has over 8,400 hotel room nights contracted in Downtown Columbus over the dates of our show; all of our hotels are either directly connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center or located within an easy 5 minute (max) walk.

onPeak, AIMExpo’s official housing provider is now accepting reservations.

BEWARE: Pirate Housing Companies

Please be advised that onPeak is the only official hotel reservation agency working with AIMExpo.  As some of you know, “pirate housing companies” are a threat we’ve had to deal with in the past.  These are companies that claim to be affiliated with AIMExpo, offering to help book discounted hotel rooms for our show in September.

In most cases, when you book your room with these unscrupulous companies, your reservations CAN’T be changed, cancelled or modified in any way without significant penalties.  In some cases, attendees have booked through these “discount providers” and have arrived at the hotel only to find they don’t have a reservation at all.  Any company other than onPeak claiming to be affiliated with or representing AIMExpo, and implying that our room blocks are full, or that there is a limited supply of rooms left in Columbus during our show is giving you erroneous information.

Keep an eye out for the official onPeak logo on all AIMExpo hotel, housing and registration materials.
